The page ranks that we see is just the tip of the iceberg of the SEO labor, much of hard work is put in behind the scenes. This is also a time consuming work and one needs to find the keywords that have more value and will be able to generate more traffic onto the website.
Hence what appears to be easy and small might result into something really time consuming and requires a lot of hard work. SEO is not as simple as it appears to be on the surface to the people.

Therefore, if you feel at the first glance that the SEO work is easy on specific site then, be sure that you have not really observed the site well and you require rethinking on it.
